Q:   Can I purchase a casket from an outside source other than a funeral home?
A:    Yes, in 1997, The Federal Trade Commission developed the "funeral rule".  Under this rule the funeral provider you choose cannot refuse to handle a casket or urn you bought at a local casket store, or charge you a fee to do it. The funeral home cannot require you to be there when the casket or urn is delivered to them.

Q:   Do you deliver to the funeral home?
A:    Yes, we provide ground delivery anywhere in Louisiana and neighboring states. We also provide air shipping to other cities and states for an additional fee. 


Q:   Are all the caskets the same size? 

A:    No, we have a selection of standard size caskets and a limited selection of over-sized caskets ( 250lbs or more). 

       BEFORE purchasing a casket from us, please talk to your funeral director about the size casket your loved one will need. 


Q:  Can I personalize the casket in memory of my loved one?

A:    Yes. We can personalize the cap panel of the casket with almost any design you desire for your loved one for an extra fee.

       Once you've purchased your casket you can email us your request and specifications. 


Q:    Does the casket have everything I need?
A:     Yes. When you purchase a casket from us, the casket comes as a complete package. It includes the pillow, adjustable bed, and throw.             


Q:   What form of payment do you accept to purchase a casket or other products from your store?

A:    Form of payments we accept are cash, credit/debit cards, and Paypal

       We DO NOT accept insurance policies.


Q;   What is your refund/return policy?

A:    We do not offer refunds or accept returns on any of our merchandise. All sales are final.
